Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
